So easy and so amazingly delicious! If you have been following me for awhile you know how important I think raw milk is, if you want more information on it, please read here.  If I love raw milk, imagine how I feel about raw heavy cream! During the summer months I always make it a point to order extra heavy cream so I can make whipped cream for berries and ice cream for those beautiful, warm summer nights and maybe breakfast a few days a week.  My recipe for ice cream is so nutrient rich that I DO allow my children to have it for breakfast.  They think I am the coolest mom and I know that they are all set with their healthy fats for the day so it is a win-win!


  • 1 cup raw heavy cream
  • 1Tbs raw honey (runny honey works best)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract



  1.  Add honey, vanilla and a splash of raw heavy cream.  Beat on high speed to blend well.
  2. Add cream and beat on high until stiff peaks form.  This will usually take several minutes.  Make sure to not over-beat, cream will get lumpy and start to look like butter.
  3. Serve immediately over berries or your favorite dessert.
