Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Einkorn flour

3 1/2 tsp baking powder – aluminum free

1 tsp celtic sea salt

1 tbs coconut sugar

1 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use raw milk)

1 pasture raised egg

3 tbs grassfed butter, melted

 

Directions:

  • In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Make a well in the center and add in the milk, egg and melted butter, mix until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle.  Pour the batter onto the griddle and once bubbles begin to form on top, flip and brown both sides.
  • Serve warm with grass-fed butter and fresh maple syrup.
